Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Where should we do the session?
A: I shoot on location, so if you know of a great looking outdoor place in the Jackson/Calhoun/Eaton County area, we can go there! I have a few locations I use regularly as well. Q: What should I wear? A: I am seriously not a fashion expert at all! But one thing I do recommend is accessories! Bring 5-6 outfits you feel good in. Something dressy, something classic/timeless (that won't go out of style next week), something casual... Google "senior picture wardrobe" and see what comes up. :) You could also check Pinterest - there are tons of ideas there! Q: What exactly is a printed proof? A: A 4x5" image with a small border. My studio name or website may be on the edge of the image. These are NOT edited for blemishes, etc. If you order the Basic or Junior Varsity package, you may keep these. You get to choose your proofs from your online gallery. The poses you choose for your package need to be from the proofs. Q: My face has broken out the day of my session! Should I reschedule?? A: Probably not! Unless your whole face has dramatically changed color, I can make it go away. :) If you think it's a major problem and you won't feel comfortable, we can push it back a week or two. Q: Can the family come along? A: Mom and/or Dad are welcome to tag along, but it's usually best not to bring the whole crew. Sometimes family members tend to be more distracting than helpful, but parents are great for carrying your clothes and accessories for you! And keep in mind, especially if they are footing the bill for this, they probably will want to come along...and that's okay. :) A note to parents...Your senior will probably be most natural in front of the camera if you are not always right there. While we love having you there, please give us a little space once in a while. :) Q: Can I bring a friend? A: Absolutely! Friends often help you feel more comfortable and natural. Plus they can carry your clothes and accessories. :) Q: None of the packages fit exactly what I need...What do I do? A: No problem. Let me know what all you do need, and I will help you pick the right package, substitutes and upgrades. Q: I want to order more than what's in my package. Where are the prices? A: Click on: Investment. Q: Do you have any discounts? A: If I need a Senior Model from your school that is a GREAT way to save some money on your Senior Session! However, since you were so thorough and read through all these FAQ's, go ahead and take 10% off a Collection (1 or 2) or your senior package. You will need to mention the FAQ discount. Q: Will you call to remind me to book our free Family Session?* A: Probably not. It's a good idea to schedule it at the time we do the Senior Session. It should be scheduled for the summer after graduation, but we can be a little flexible if necessary! |
