Make a Payment

You may make a payment with a credit or debit card, or with PayPal, using the link on this page.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method.

Use the instructions on the right to calculate your payment amount.  Please round your total to the nearest dollar.  To make a payment, click the "Add to Cart" button and then change the quantity to the dollar amount you would like to pay.  Thank you!

Calculating Your Payment

If you must add sales tax:

          [subtotal] x 1.06 = [total with MI sales tax]

Individual Clients: Sales tax must be added to all session fees and print/item orders.

Team/Event Clients:  Sales tax is already included in my pricing for teams, dances, and other individual/group orders.  You should find this written on your order form.

If you are paying with your credit/debit card because you do not have a PayPal account, please add 3% to your total:

          [subtotal] x 1.03
   OR   [total with tax] x 1.03 = [amount due]

If you are paying with your PayPal account, do NOT add 3%.
